My name is Laurie and I want to thank you for your interest in Carry on Singing

I’ve been singing, dancing and acting since I was a boy – and I can’t wait to start this journey with you!

I trained in Musical Theatre at the Guildford School of Acting, and have since been involved in some wonderful productions both in London and other parts of the country. These include Salad Days at the Union Theatre, Plaid Tidings at the Bridge House Theatre, and Around The World in 80s Days at the Blackpool Grand Theatre – where I was privileged to be invited to arrange the music for an exciting new show, and then be part of the production, both on-stage and as Musical Director.

In between acting, I am also deeply passionate about teaching, something I’m lucky to be able to share with people aged 3 to 83, each and every week – teaching choirs, performing arts groups, and individual students throughout London and the South East.

Having started Carry On Singing back in March 2020 at the start of the 1st National Lockdown, I am thrilled to still be going a year later,  leading members of our programmes in the joy of singing all across the country!

Stay safe, and I hope we both can Carry On Singing soon!
